Part A: Electric & Zero-Emission Sweeping Series

1. Electric Walk-Behind Industrial Sweepers

  • Operational Scope: Designed for indoor factory corridors, food and pharmaceutical storage facilities, underground parking structures and pedestrian footpaths.

  • Powertrain & Battery: Powered by a 24V or 48V maintenance-free battery array running brushless DC (BLDC) motors for both traction and brush rotation.

1. Small-Capacity Diesel Utility Sweepers (1.0 m³ to 2.0 m³ Hopper Capacity)

  • Target Environment: Tight urban alleys, municipal parks, university campuses and market lanes where heavy truck chassis cannot maneuver.

  • Engine & Transmission: Powered by a compact, fuel-efficient 3- or 4-cylinder water-cooled diesel engine, meeting strict emission standards.

  • Auxiliary Diesel Engine Design: Uses a dedicated auxiliary diesel engine  solely driving the vacuum suction turbine and hydraulic pump array, independent of the vehicle’s driving speed.

3. Heavy-Capacity Diesel Highway Sweepers (6.0 m³ to 8.0 m³ Hopper Capacity)

  • Construction & Powertrain: Built on heavy-duty commercial truck chassis. Powered by high-torque auxiliary diesel engines coupled with ultra-high pressure wash down systems.

  • Sweeping & Vacuum System: Combines mechanical broom sweeping with dual high-vacuum suction nozzles and an optional high-pressure road flushing bar.

4. Ultra-Heavy Duty Regenerative Air Diesel Sweepers (9.0 m³ to 12.0 m³ Hopper Capacity)

  • Target Environment: Massive industrial complexes, steel plants, coal handling yards, ports and extreme dust zones.
  • Regenerative Air Principle: Instead of exhausting air into the atmosphere, air is continuously blown into one side of the pickup head, blasting trapped dirt and then vacuumed out through the opposite side into a large settling chamber.

WASTE SEGREGATION PLANTS WITH TROMMEL SYSTEMS

  • Variable Speed Control: Controlled by central industrial PLCs to adjust drum rotational speeds based on real-time waste moisture and density.

3. Air Density & Ballistic Separators

  • Uses precise air currents to lift light materials (plastic bags, film, paper) away from heavy materials (stone, glass, metals, wet timber).

  • Ballistic separators sort flexible 2D materials from rigid 3D items, preparing ideal feedstocks for downstream sorting lines.

4. Magnetic & Eddy Current Metal Extraction

  • Overband Electromagnets: Placed over conveyor transition points to continuously remove ferrous metals like iron cans and steel scraps.

  • High-Speed Eddy Current Separators (ECS): Uses rapid alternating magnetic fields to pop non-ferrous metals (like aluminum cans and copper wiring) out of the waste stream.

5. Automated Optical Sorting & RDF Refinement

  • Near-Infrared (NIR) optical sorting systems scan and sort specific polymer types (PET, HDPE, PP) at high speeds.

  • Secondary fine shredders reduce sorted plastics and dry reject fractions to a uniform particle size, creating high-quality Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) for cement kilns and power boilers.
